{"id":2650,"date":"2024-03-22T18:31:26","date_gmt":"2024-03-22T18:31:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shubhamgroupsurat.in\/?p=2650"},"modified":"2024-03-22T18:31:45","modified_gmt":"2024-03-22T18:31:45","slug":"overview-of-the-registration-process","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/shubhamgroupsurat.in\/index.php\/2024\/03\/22\/overview-of-the-registration-process\/","title":{"rendered":"Overview of the registration process."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Simply follow the steps that are mentioned as per the stipulated norms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Upon visiting the sub-registrar&#8217;s office with your documents, you will receive information regarding the registration fees due as well as the applicable stamp duty amount.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make the designated payment through the electronic Secure Bank &amp; Treasury Receipt or Government Receipt Accounting System (e-SBTR\/GRAS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prefill the input form in Marathi on IGR Portal and take the print out and attach it to the document.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fix up appointment for regis\u00adtration one or two days prior to the intended date of registra\u00adtion. Now one can e-book the time slot on IGR portal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On appointed date and time bring complete document along with other documents specified.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit the document along with input form at token win\u00addow at least 30 minutes before the time allotted for that token number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the appointed time and on your number being an\u00adnounced, all parties to the doc ument must present them\u00adselves before the sub-registrar to admit execution of the docu\u00adment, photographed, thumb impression and signature tak\u00aden on additional sheet of paper in presence of sub-registrar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now even witness is pho\u00adtographed and has to provide identification proof like pan card, Aadhar card, driving license etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pay the exact registration fees by way of e-SBTR\/GRAS and Computer service charges on\u00adline on IGR portal. Computer service charges are at Rs. 20 per page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document will be returned within 30 minutes of getting the receipt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please deal only with officers and staff of Registration de\u00adpartment who always display government identity card with government seal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case a person is unable to at\u00adtend the office of Sub-registrar on medical grounds then he should apply to sub-registrar through a duly authorized rep\u00adresentative stating the fact. Sub-registrar is bound to visit such person after office hour\u2019s i.e. morning 9.00 am to 10.00 am and in evening 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>That person shall admit execu\u00adtion in presence of that Sub-registrar, affix his photograph and sign and put his thumb im\u00adpression on the document.
